Take your career “to
the next”. Join Nano-Tex in creating the most revolutionary
innovations in the textile market in over 50 years.
Nano-Tex is an advanced fabric company applying
nano-materials technology with a unique business model and
strategy to bring innovative new performance to everyday fabrics.
The company created a new consumer market for spill and stain
resistant clothing and is credited with pioneering the new
and rapidly growing "Everyday Performance Clothing"
category at retail. Look for our products at stores near you
(Eddie Bauer, Brook Brothers, LL Bean, Gap, Old Navy). Nano-Tex
has three core scientific strengths: 1) The design of unique
nano-scale molecules imparting specific performance attributes
to materials. 2) The ability through chemistry and processing
expertise to attach these molecules durably and in an orderly
matrix on the surface of materials. 3) To do so without impairing
the natural look and feel of the fabric.
Nano-Tex received the 2003
Small Times Magazine ‘Best of Small Tech Company’
Award, an annual recognition for the best people, products
and companies in nanotechnology.
Our mission
is to create, change and improve textile functionality through
molecular engineering. Dedicated teams of scientists explore
the possibilities and focus the application of this technology
to develop bold new and innovative products to suit the markets,
lifestyles and standards of today and tomorrow. Nano-Tex invents
novel fabric functionality through the controlled modification
of fabric surfaces. This represents a disruptive technology
that creates opportunities in the marketplace. This paradigm
shift allows one to obtain performance characteristics that
can not be obtained using traditional, random coating/finishing
methods. Our products use less chemistry to create greater
performance coupled with improved durability and fabric hand.
